A bird....
A bird is not kind of animal that has to stay with people. They can fly!!! If I were bird, I would fly all around the world, and make new discoveries. For me, it's called FREEDOM!!!. Moreover, I'am so afraid of heights so I want to know how birds feel when they fly very very high!
What is the best advice you can give to a job seeking candidate?
I always look to advise candidates by looking to find out more about them. If I understand the person I can give the best advice. I ask “WH” questions. Why they want to seek a new job? What is their motivation? What is their goal? Who they want to be in the future?
These questions are things that candidate have to answer themselves first before finding job. Some job seeking candidates want a perfect job because they think that the perfect job can makes their life perfect. It's not always true!! A job is just a tool, everyone should have a goal in mind and where they see themselves in the future first and then your job can compliment that goal.
